Delivery policy

Data Galactica sells digital services only: API and MCP access. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

Effective 9 October 2026.

Wallet top-ups are credited to your API wallet as soon as the payment succeeds, usually within a minute. The receipt is e-mailed to the address on your account.
Free API keys are issued at once on the API page after you confirm your e-mail.
Full-data access is reviewed by us after you request it; an approved key is e-mailed within 2 working days.
If a top-up has not reached your wallet within 2 working days, write to support@datagalactica.com with the payment reference. If we cannot credit it, we refund it under the refund policy.
